After completing his mechanical engineering studies at the Technical University of Munich, Raimund Klinkner has been responsible for logistics planning, procurement and factory control at PORSCHE AG since 1991. He obtained his doctorate in 1994 while working on the subject of “Quality-integrating manufacturing strategies in the automotive industry”. In 1998, Raimund Klinkner moved to the mechanical engineering company GILDEMEISTER AG (today DMG MORI AG) as Board Member for Production, Logistics, Purchasing and IT and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board in 2003. From 2007 to 2011 Raimund Klinkner was Chairman of the Board of Management of KNORR-BREMSE AG. In 2012, Raimund Klinkner founded what is now the INSTITUTE FOR MANAGEMENT EXCELLENCE and has since contributed his experience to various industrial mandates, for example as chairman of the supervisory board of DMG MORI AG, board member of TEREX CORPORATION, advisory board member of EBM-PAPST-GRUPPE, supervisory board member of REHAU Verwaltungszentrale AG and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of KOENIG & BAUER AG. In addition to his industrial activities, Raimund Klinkner is also an honorary chairman of the Presidium of the GERMAN TRAFFIC FORUM (DVF), honorary professor for production logistics at TU BERLIN and honorary chairman of BUNDESVEREINIGUNG LOGISTIK e. V. (BVL). Raimund Klinkner is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the GERMAN PROTECTION ASSOCIATION FOR WERTPAPIERBESITZ (DSW). In 2020 Raimund Klinkner was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on Ribbon of the Federal Republic of Germany for his commitment and contribution to resilient supply chains.

As an internationally trained graduate in business administration and after studying psychology, Simone gained profound international marketing & sales, leadership and reorganization expertise in a DAX 30 corporate before she became a Change Consultant and Executive Coach. She develops and leads large scale change management programs and coaches top management executives. In a nutshell, it is always about listening and feeling the topics of people and organizations and to support necessary actions with an appropriate communication style.
As TV presenter Simone produced her own German TV Show and created the international production Inspire Tomorrow in which she interviews and talks with experts and role models in management, technology and society.
Moreover, Simone is a lecturer in rhetoric at the University of Mannheim and board member in a finance company.

Fabian Klinkner studied industrial engineering & management and combines methodical and technical knowledge from business administration, economics and engineering. During his education at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT), he focused on production and logistics and built up a profound understanding of Lean Management and supply chain management. As Operations Specialist at IMX he has extensive expertise and practical experience in production planning as well as shopfloor and process optimization for manufacturing companies. During his bachelor studies he already held a leading position in a student consultancy for small and medium-sized enterprises. His many years of experience in team sports have given him a strong team spirit and the ability to keep a cool head in difficult and complex situations.
